KingBuilders Architectural Design (KBA Design) was established on November 2, 2023, as the dedicated design arm of RLB Alvarado Construction (Est. Nov 2, 2022 – Reliable Engineering. Engineering Excellence.).
We were founded on a fundamental principle: excellence in construction begins with excellence in architectural design.
We are the first, formative step in the building process. Before any engineering calculations are made, before the first foundation is poured, there must be a vision—a blueprint that balances beauty, function, and intent. KBAD provides that essential, foundational vision.
